Legal

Cloud Web has two main documents that serve as the Contract for all customers accounts. These documents will be published here and may be linked directly for your convenience.

Terms of Service

This agreement serves as the primary document between Cloud Web and all customers and contains the rights, duties, and obligations of both Cloud Web and the customer.

Acceptable Usage Policy

Cloud Web's Usage Policy is designed to protect both Cloud Web, and it's users from illegal, damaging, and inappropriate behavior by users of Cloud Web services. All customers are subject to the terms and conditions of the Acceptable Usage Policy.

Service Level Agreement

The Service Level Agreement (SLA) guarantees at least 99.99% up-time for your account. If account service is unavailable you may be eligible for a credit to your account.

"As a home-based, freelance writer, my website is occupational oxygen. Without it, I'm dead. I'd been through several unsatisfying and downright aggravating hosts before I found Cloud Web. Not only have they saved me lots of money -- $20 a month -- they are, like oxygen, so reliable I take them for granted. I only wish Cloud Web could run my cable, my DSL, my phone and other technological aspects that are constantly intruding into my working hours. Cloud Web's the best."
